Frequently asked questions

Do I need to install anything on my servers?
Yes, we install lightweight agents that collect metrics with no performance impact. For network devices we use standard protocols like SNMP. Installation is fully managed by our team during onboarding.
What happens when an alert triggers at night?
The NOC is active 24/7. The alert is picked up immediately, the technician analyzes the situation and intervenes. If escalation is needed, the on-call engineer is engaged. In the morning you find the issue resolved and the ticket documented.
Do you monitor cloud environments like Microsoft 365?
Yes. We monitor Microsoft 365, Azure and AWS: service status, licenses, security score, and any critical integration. Monitoring is unified between on-premise and cloud in the same NEXUS dashboard.
Is monitoring sold separately?
No. Proactive IT monitoring is included in both NOC10 plans (EasyTrack and ProTrack). It doesn't exist as a standalone service because it's the foundation on which we build all management of your infrastructure.
