What is an RMM and why does my business need one?
RMM stands for Remote Monitoring and Management. It is a platform that allows you to remotely monitor, manage and maintain all corporate IT devices: PCs, servers, network devices. Does NinjaOne require an on-premise server?
No. NinjaOne is 100% cloud-native. There is no need to install or maintain a dedicated server. The NinjaOne agent is installed on the devices to be managed and communicates directly with the cloud platform. This means rapid deployment, zero infrastructure maintenance and access from anywhere.
Which operating systems does NinjaOne support?
NinjaOne supports Windows, macOS and Linux for both monitoring and patch management. This includes workstations, servers and laptops. Patch management covers the operating system and over 200 third-party applications, including the most common ones such as Chrome, Firefox, Adobe, Zoom and Microsoft Office.
