Frequently asked questions

What happens if something breaks overnight?
The NOC is active 24/7. We receive the alert, open the ticket and respond. If escalation is needed, the on-call engineer gets involved. You find everything resolved in the morning.
How long does onboarding take?
One to three weeks, depending on complexity. We install agents, configure monitoring and document your infrastructure. Zero downtime during the transition.
EasyTrack or ProTrack: how do I choose?
EasyTrack works for most SMBs: you know what you pay per device, it can be activated in days. ProTrack is for companies with complex infrastructures or specific SLA requirements. We discuss it during the assessment.
Can I keep my internal IT team?
Yes. Many clients have an internal team for day-to-day tasks and use NOC10 for 24/7 monitoring, patch management and overnight escalation.
Is the SIEM included or an extra?
Included in both plans. We collect security logs in our datacenter, correlate them and alert you if something doesn't add up.
