run by people who manage it.

We are a Reseller Partner of Proxmox Server Solutions. We sell Proxmox VE and Proxmox Backup Server subscriptions, design clusters, move your workloads off VMware and then stay on: monitoring, updates and backups are handled by NOC10.

Reseller Partner Proxmox VE Proxmox Backup Server Managed by NOC10

Why choose
Proxmox.

Proxmox VE is an open source virtualization platform built on Debian, KVM and LXC containers. Clustering, high availability, live migration and backup are all included, with no paid editions to unlock features. You can add a per-socket subscription for better-tested updates and vendor support.

Since VMware moved to Broadcom, with per-core subscriptions and a 16-core minimum per CPU, many SMBs running two or three hosts are looking here. Proxmox Server Solutions is based in Vienna: a European vendor, which matters to anyone who has to account for where their data lives.

What we do with Proxmox

From choosing the subscription to day-to-day operations. One point of contact that knows both the product and your network.

01

Proxmox VE

We design and deploy Proxmox VE clusters: number of nodes, quorum (three nodes, or two plus a QDevice), cluster network, storage on ZFS, Ceph or your existing SAN. High availability is configured and tested before handover, not just switched on.

  • Clustering and high availability
  • ZFS, Ceph, iSCSI and FC SAN
  • Virtual machines and LXC containers
02

Proxmox Backup Server

Backup of virtual machines and containers with deduplication, incremental backups and scheduled verification of stored data. Restore a whole machine or single files. We pair it with an offsite copy, because a backup in the same room as the servers is not enough.

  • Deduplication and incrementals
  • Backup verification
  • Single-file restore
03

Official subscriptions

As a partner we sell and renew Proxmox VE and Proxmox Backup Server subscriptions. We count the sockets, pick the right plan and keep track of renewals. When a vendor ticket is needed, we open it ourselves with the diagnostics already collected.

  • Community, Basic, Standard, Premium
  • Renewals and expiry tracking
  • Vendor support tickets
04

Migration from VMware

Assessment, pilot, import of virtual machines from ESXi, and both environments running side by side until the last machine is verified. See our virtualization services for the full approach.

  • Assessment and pilot machine
  • Import from ESXi
  • Planned rollback

Low licensing cost.
The value is in the management.

The software is solid. What many SMBs lack is the Linux know-how for when something breaks, and someone checking quorum, disks and backups every day. That is the part we do.

With the subscription bought from us, the project delivered by us and operations in NOC10, there is no finger-pointing: if the problem is in the product we open a vendor ticket, if it is in your network we fix it directly.

Continuous monitoring Node and quorum status, ZFS and Ceph health, storage capacity, backup results
Planned updates One node at a time, with workloads moved first, in maintenance windows agreed with you
Verified backups Job checks and restore tests, not just a green tick in the console
One point of contact Subscription, project, operations and vendor tickets all go through us
Integrated in NEXUS

Your cluster
always under control

Proxmox nodes are monitored in NEXUS like the rest of your infrastructure: availability, resources, storage and backups. When an alert fires, the NOC10 team acts on it, and you see the current status without logging into the Proxmox console.

Every month you get a report on cluster health, successful and failed backups, work carried out and recommendations on capacity and updates.

Frequently asked questions

What does it mean that 10punto10 is a Proxmox partner?
We are a Reseller Partner of Proxmox Server Solutions, the Austrian company behind Proxmox VE and Proxmox Backup Server. We sell and renew the official subscriptions and have a direct channel to the vendor. For your company it means one point of contact for subscription, project and day-to-day management.
Can I buy a Proxmox subscription from you?
Yes. We sell the four Proxmox VE plans (Community, Basic, Standard, Premium) and Proxmox Backup Server subscriptions. First we count the sockets with you, because every node in a cluster must be on the same plan, and we tell you which plan you actually need. For an SMB managed by us, Basic is usually enough.
Does Proxmox require a paid licence?
No. Proxmox VE is open source and can be used in production without paying for licences. The subscription is optional: it gives access to the Enterprise repository with better-tested updates and, from the Basic plan up, to vendor support tickets. We always recommend one in production. Windows virtual machines still need their own licences, as on any hypervisor.
Do I need Proxmox Backup Server if I already use Acronis?
Not necessarily. Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud backs up Proxmox virtual machines without agents from version 25.07. Proxmox Backup Server makes sense when you want strong deduplication, fast local restores and a product from the same vendor as the hypervisor. We often use both: PBS for quick restores, Acronis for the offsite copy.
Do you take over Proxmox environments installed by someone else?
Yes. We take over clusters we did not build: we check version, quorum, storage and backups, fix what needs fixing and put the cluster under monitoring. It often happens with installations set up years ago by a technician who no longer works with the company.
Proxmox or Hyper-V?
It depends on your workloads. With a mixed or Linux-heavy estate, Proxmox is usually the better fit. If your machines are almost all Windows Server and you already own the licences, Hyper-V often wins. The ERP vendor matters too, since some only certify VMware and Hyper-V. We work with both and decide during the assessment, machine by machine.

Thinking about moving to Proxmox?

30-minute call: we look at your hosts, virtual machines and renewal dates, and tell you whether Proxmox fits, which subscription you need and what it costs.
